When the Mind is Strong, the Body Will Follow

The mind can be developed to do more than what most believe.
We lose our bodies, but our minds somehow remain and access higher realities. We can even access higher realities while still having a body. (see heaven does not exist, but it does)…
I was riding a bike and learned this… if you tell your mind to focus… not on the pain or other thoughts… convince your mind… then you perform better…
then i realized… when the mind is strong the body will follow…
when the mind is strong the body will follow…
when the mind is strong, then the body will follow…
The mind seems everlasting…
Maybe we need to train our minds more so our bodies can become more lasting…
